Billing & Payment

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan you select.
  • All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (including VAT/IVA), which will be added where required by law.
  • You authorize us to charge the payment method on file for all applicable fees. If payment fails, we will notify you and may suspend your access until payment is resolved.
  • We may change our pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Annual subscriptions may be eligible for a prorated refund if cancelled within the first 14 days.
